Steadfast Foundation is a 501(c)(3) community not-for-profit foundation that provides financial support and direct services to individuals and organizations that are committed to addressing the underlying causes of generational poverty throughout our community.
Why we exist
Founded in 2021, Steadfast Foundation exists to bridge the gap between life-changing resources and limitless career opportunities for the steadfast members of society so together we elevate the moral character of individuals whose actions restore integrity and hope in our city.
The exchange of services from Steadfast to our collaborators is built upon the relationship between co-laborers in the effort to combat a loss of hope in systems and powers that have forgotten the purpose for which they exist, and to restore that hope through a relational approach that aims first to reconnect individuals who share a common belief and aspiration for their lives and the lives of their fellow neighbor.
As a community-run and lead foundation, we strive to restore relationships, promote financial independence, and empower individuals through a community network that spans a wide array of socioeconomic territories and is fueled by a mission to identify, celebrate and reward moral character and the persons who choose to build their life upon a higher value.
Whether you join Steadfast as a business affiliate supplying jobs to our collaborator network, or a contributor who supports the efforts of our staff and non-profit partners, the central belief that unites each of us is the belief that a value outside of oneself is the cornerstone of solid and productive life and that those shared values should and must be celebrated in order to promote a brighter future for both individuals and the community at large.
