A Path to Restored Individuals & Communities
Building Foundations
The IN track is Steadfast’s low-touch, high-access job referral pipeline, providing immediate entry-level employment for individuals ready to re-enter or begin their work journey. These early-stage opportunities (often in industries like janitorial services, car detailing, or temporary labor) allow participants to demonstrate reliability, build a verifiable employment record, and establish the foundation for future growth.
Investing in Growth
After 1–6 months of consistent work history, participants become eligible for the UP track, Steadfast’s high-touch case management program. Here, we invest directly in individuals through mentorship, career development, certification sponsorships, and wraparound support services that address logistical, educational, and environmental barriers to advancement.
Launching Leaders
The OUT track represents the culmination of the Steadfast journey, a transition into long-term independence, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Participants who have demonstrated at least three years of stable employment and achieved an average 4.0 score or higher on the Steadfast Stability Assessment will be invited to gain access to mentors, advisors, and small business incubation resources through the Good Business Network.
