Founded in 2021, Steadfast is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit public foundation that provides direct services and resource support to individuals facing poverty.
Steadfast exists to bridge the gap to life-changing resources and limitless career opportunities by connecting the steadfast members of our society so that, together, we can build a stronger community.

Our network of Business Affiliates, Faith-based groups, non-profit partners, and staff work to secure a more sustainable and prosperous future for the citizens in our community who are striving for a better life for themselves and their families.

We are always looking for new Affiliates willing to create a hospitable work environment or training opportunity for individuals ready to grow their career credentials and acumen.

By fostering deep relationships and environments that promote purpose and growth, we aim to equip our volunteer Allies and Participants with the tools to help participants transcend generational poverty and embrace new opportunities.
