As a community foundation, Steadfast strives to restore relationships, promote financial independence, and empower individuals through a committed network of people and organizations that span a wide array of socioeconomic territories. Our network is fueled by an aim to identify, honor, and reward those possessing strong work ethic but limited opportunities for advancement. We believe that it is through reconnecting our community as a whole, through practical and direct investment, that we can repair the fabric of our society for a better tomorrow.
Ally Investment Fund
Since 2023, the Ally Initiative has paired volunteer advocates from our faith-based community with Steadfast participants to foster deeper cross-community relationships. The Ally fund allows our Ally community groups to safely invest in direct relational giving aimed at promoting specific participant opportunities.
Pillar Donor Fund
The pillar fund, supported by our stakeholder donor group,
directs funds toward operational overhead to promote longevity and sustainability across the organization's many areas of investment, freeing up other resources for direct impact.
